Thanks for your order!  What happens next?

Order Confirmation

When you placed your order, you should have received an Order Confirmation Email from us, reflecting the items you purchased from your shopping cart.

Order Processing

We ship orders by UPS Ground five days a week (Monday through Friday).  Orders received by 2PM on any of those days are processed and shipped the same day.  If your order is placed after 2PM, it will be shipped the next business day.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. 

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email from UPS containing the tracking number for your order.   Use that number (provided as a clickable link in the UPS email) to follow your shipment.  UPS provides updates during all stages of shipment through to delivery.

Returns

If you should need to return an item, call us on 888-772-5200 to request a Return Authorization Number.  It is important to include this number with your return to assure your refund is processed properly.  Returns are allowed for credit back to the payment card used for purchase for a period of 30 days.  Warranty coverage applies after the 30-day period
