Your battery backup unit will come with paired cords to connect to your internet source. In order to provide the correct cable cord, we will need to know which ONT you currently have. Please choose your ONT model from the drop down menu. (Note: An ONT is a plastic equipment box hanging on a wall in your home and is installed by your technician on the day you receive your internet service. ONTs can usually be found on the side of your home or inside your garage.) If you don’t see your ONT model name listed, call Ziply Fiber customer care to find out if you can upgrade your equipment.
