Shipping, Warranty and Returns
Please note that these products are purchased and managed through International Resources, an authorized seller for Ziply Fiber. All order, return, or warranty inquiries should be directed to International Resources customer service. If you have questions about your telephone or internet service, please contact Ziply Fiber.
Thanks for your order! What happens next?
Order Confirmation
When you placed your order, you should have received an Order Confirmation Email from us, reflecting the items you purchased from your shopping cart.
Order Processing
We ship orders by UPS Ground five days a week (Monday through Friday). Orders received by 2PM on any of those days are processed and shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 2PM, it will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email from UPS containing the tracking number for your order. Use that number (provided as a clickable link in the UPS email) to follow your shipment. UPS provides updates during all stages of shipment through to delivery.
Returns
To return an item:
- Call us at 888-772-5200 to request a Return Authorization Number.
- Or email us at contact@intlresources.com to request a Return Authorization Number.
- Once the Return Authorization Number is issued you will be sent a return shipping label and instructions via email or regular mail (your choice).
- IMPORTANT: include the return authorization number with your return to assure your refund is processed properly.
- Returns are valid for credit back to the payment card used for purchase for a period of 30 days after purchase. Credit will be applied within 5 business days after return receipt. Warranty coverage applies after the 30-day period.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
Products often ship separately - if you feel your order is missing items, please contact us at 888-772-5200 or contact@intlresources.com
- Product damaged or defective upon delivery? Parts or accessories missing? If yes, immediately contact us at 888-397-5300 or contact@intlresources.com.
- Keep the shipping box and branded packaging.
- If damaged, send a photo of the package damage, and/or missing components.
- If you discard the box and/or fail to photo document the damage, a refund will not be applicable.
Cancel An Order
Call 888-772-5200 or email contact@intlresources.com immediately, to check if your order is eligible for cancellation.
- If the order has not shipped: cancellation is possible, but not guaranteed.
- If the order has shipped: cancellation is not possible. The items will be delivered normally. To receive a refund, you must initiate a return.
Warranty
Limited Warranty
Each product is covered under the respective manufacturer’s Limited Warranty. The duration of the warranty depends on the Manufacturer and specific product purchased. Usually this is a minimum of 1 year from the date of purchase. Please refer to the documentation included with the product purchased or the manufacturers website for your specific product’s warranty details.
